Tahiti: July 2007
After flying from LAX to Papeete, we took this little puddle jumper from Papeete to Moorea. The seats were wooden box benches with seat belts. The entire flight took about 7 minutes.

Moorea - Black-tipped Reef Sharks. I had the opportunity to snorkel with them. They aren't usually dangerous and are rather skittish and tend to stay away from people.

Moorea - I was also able to swim with sting rays. They're pretty docile and as long as you stay away from their tail, they're pretty safe to be around. They're also rather friendly and seemed to enjoy coming up to us to be pet.

An octopus seen from our room. On Huahine, we stayed in a bungalow that was over the reef. We saw any different fish but the Octopus was the coolest.
